A Mindful Retreat with Jamie.
This day was a gift to myself, a chance to step away from the hustle and bustle, to reconnect with nature and my inner self.
Jamie guided me on a healing journey, and every moment felt soulful, blissful, and a gentle warm welcome.
Their presence was like a cozy blanket, inviting me to open up and embrace the experience fully. Connecting with others Jamie effortlessly connected with everyone, a smile, a shared story, a moment of understanding.
Together, we formed a little community, bound by our love for mindfulness and the beauty around us.
Gratitude as the day drew to a close, I felt immense gratitude—for Jamie’s guidance, for the serene landscapes, and for the chance to be present.
This mindful journey was a reminder that sometimes, the most profound healing happens when we slow down and truly see the world.
Thank you, Jamie, for a day that touched my heart and nourished my soul.
I attended Jamie-Lee’s SOULFUL DAY Retreat back in February this year.
This was my first time trying out yoga and meditation and I was initially a bit reluctant to step out of my comfort zone.
However, I was eager to really make the most of the experience.
A lot of time and effort had evidently gone into organizing the event. For example, Jamie-Lee prepared lots of food for everyone in attendance, much of it homemade and vegan.
Mindful AF was the perfect place to host the event. The view from the studio was breathtaking. I was able to relax, unwind, and felt safe in the environment. The facilities were clean and accessible also.
I had a wonderful day with so many like-minded people and we each received a lovely gift box to take home with us. I felt so much better in my body and mind afterward.
I would highly recommend Jamie Lee’s events whether you are completely new to mindfulness or a yoga pro. Jamie-Lee made me feel incredibly at ease in her presence and encouraged us all to be patient with ourselves, honour our feelings and emotions and really embrace it.
Her warm and pleasant nature and professionalism made her an excellent host. 5 stars!

I arrived feeling excited yet nervous and left feeling rejuvenated, empowered, and deeply connected to myself.

I really enjoyed the soulful day. Everyone was made to feel comfortable
and at ease.
There was a good vibe with a good mix of various
activities.
Right amount of breaks with the opportunity to chat to other
participants.
It was a Perfect day for the walk to the lake.
Would thoroughly recommend to anyone who wants to take some time for
themselves and great opportunity to meet and chat with some new people.
Everyone got to have a few laughs and share as much or as little as they
felt comfortable.
