• 8:00 - 9:45 am: Morning Session (Meditation, Breathwork, Wildness Movement, Yoga, or other practices)
• 10:00 am: Yummy Brunch
• Free Time: Chilling by the pool, beaches, exploring, biking, hiking, nanna naps, treatments, creating, journaling, or hanging with the group or spending time alone.
• 5:00 - 7:00 pm: Afternoon Session (Workshop, Yoga, Breathwork, Energy Healing, Sound Bath, Ceremonies, Guided Sessions)
• 7:30 pm: Delicious sunset dinner.
